Refund policy
You may return any UNUSED and UNOPENED products within 30 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
To be eligible for a return:
– Item must be in its original packaging and condition
– You must email us within 30 days of delivery at hello@wawataskincare.co.nz
– We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return
⚠️ We do not accept returns for items that have been opened or used due to hygiene reasons.
Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges only for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items.
Conditions for exchange:
- Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging
- You must contact us within 30 days of delivery
- No return shipping fee will be charged to the customer for approved faulty or incorrect items
- Exchange will be processed based on product availability for same or equivalent items

We’ll review your request and guide you through the return process.
💳 Once approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original method of payment.
