Q: Are your skincare products natural and cruelty-free?
Yes! All Wawata Skincare products are 100% natural, cruelty-free, vegan, and made with love right here in Aotearoa (New Zealand). We use clean, effective ingredients inspired by nature and Maori wisdom.

Q: Do your products contain artificial fragrances or parabens?
No. Our formulas are free from parabens, synthetic fragrances, sulfates, and other harsh chemicals. We believe in gentle skincare that works in harmony with your skin.

Q: Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Absolutely. Many of our customers have sensitive, eczema-prone, or reactive skin. However, we recommend doing a patch test first, especially if you have known sensitivities.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: Do you offer shipping across New Zealand?
Yes, we offer nationwide shipping across New Zealand, including rural addresses.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all NZ orders over $120. For orders under $120, a flat shipping rate applies and is calculated at checkout.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 2–5 business days across New Zealand. Rural or remote locations may take a bit longer.

Q: Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.


🔁 Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?

We can only process return if the products received is damaged or wrong products been sent.

Q: How do I request a return or refund?
Please contact us at hello@wawataskincare.co.nz with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the return process.

Q: What if my product is damaged or incorrect?

We can only process exchanges before your order has been dispatched, and only for items of equal value and quantity. So please contact our customer service team as soon as possible if you need to make any changes.

We accept all major credit/debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX, as well as Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

Q: Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Our website uses SSL encryption and secure payment gateways to ensure your personal and payment information is protected.

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save details, and check out faster in the future.
