At WawataSkincare 30 days return policy! we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please read our policy below for details on returns, refunds, and your rights as a customer.
Returns

Return Window:
We can only process return if the products received is damaged or wrong products been sent.

Condition:
Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received. -
What if my product is damaged or incorrect?
We can only process exchanges before your order has been dispatched, and only for items of equal value and quantity. So please contact our customer service team as soon as possible if you need to make any changes.
How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us:
Email us at hello@wawataskincare.co.nz with your order number and reason for return. -
Return Instructions:
We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your return. -
Return Shipping:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., faulty, damaged, or incorrect item).
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@wawataskincare.co.nz with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Exchanges
We can only process exchanges before your order has been dispatched, and only for items of equal value and quantity. So please contact our customer service team as soon as possible if you need to make any changes.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@wawataskincare.co.nz.
Your Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under New Zealand consumer law. If your product is faulty, not as described, or does not do what it is supposed to, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
